After birth weight loss!
So I'm a little upset with the scale at my 36wk appt yesterday, I was just wondering how many pounds are loss when baby comes out? Like water, placenta. Also weight loss over the next few weeks (not breastfeeding).
I was wondering the same thing. In the past month I've gained 10 pounds. I'm 37 weeks now and tomorrow I have another appt I hope I didn't gain anymore
Yes I will go on a liquid diet if I have too,lol, I refuse to be uncomfortable in my own skin!
Lol i know how u feel i m 24wks n already gained 18lb n i hvnt had ny appointment since 18wks... I m hoping tht most of it is my baby not me buldging up fat... I hve still third trimester to go n i was already 143lb now 161lb.... N i think by time i ll be in my 3rd trimester i ll be above 80kg... It took me two yrs before pregnancy to loose weight from 85kg to 65kg... But i m praying for healthy child... After tht i ll go back to diet n workout....
Depends how much weight you gained in pregnancy, how big your baby is, how much water you retained etc. No one will be able to tell you how much you'll lose
thats tough to say. for everyone its different....with my first, i dropped ALL weight and got exactly to my started weight before i was pregnant after i pushed my daughter out. some people keep all the weight...some people lose about 10 pounds....it differs for some women
