Age gap?

I had my son back in October.
I definitely don't want another baby anytime soon but just to think about, what age gap do your babies have? What did you find was the best for you?

My son will be 7 in sept. And my daughter will be 2 in november. Hes such a big help and is always making his sister laugh it seems like 5 years is a big age gap but I like it. They occasionally fight but my son is always occupied and always helping me so it's mostly taking care of my daughter instead of 2 babies at once. And im due in oct. I think my daughter will give me a hard time with my baby lol. 2 years is not a big enough gap for me. My daughter's still a baby hopefully I can balance the attention to her and the baby. I love that my son is old enough to understand and not get jelous

My husband wanted it that way he said might as well have our kids whilee we're young & havn energy & not when we're old w.out energy. Lol when we're old there gonna b older .

My son will be 18 months wen our daughter is born (Any day now!!!) I think it is a personal thing really. Even tho she is not here yet it works for my husband and I and our son is so in love wit my tummy:) There's a ton of things to factor in...how long will it actually take to get pregnant, how many kids do you want, how close do you want your kids to be, wat age do you want to be wen your kids move out of the house lol etc. My little sister and I are actually 18 months apart as well and tho it was frustrating at times growing up (I'm sure that happens wit any siblings tho) I love it now that we are older. She is like a built in best friend. We were pregnant wit our sons at the same time who are only 3 months a part and they are super close as well. And now we are pregnant again at the same time only 3 weeks apart this time lol which is so crazy because it definitely wasn't planned!

Personal opinion: 3 years. I wanted to wait 3 so my son (born March this year) would be walking and talking and potentially helpful, but I'm due again in February... Maybe it doesn't really matter?

My daughter will be 16months old when i have this second in Feb. Not necessarily a bad thing to have them close in age but for someone who wanted to go back to school (me) it was bad timing lol but I'm only 20 I've got plenty of time, my kids come first so when my other one is a little over a year old i will go back to school. I don't think it's terrible though, a lot of pros to that actually.

My daughter will be 4 this month and I'm due in October, I waited cause I feel like so close together will be more stressful. My daughter is excited and the least bit of jealous, she wants to help me with everything. Everyday she asks when her brother will be here. So I say a few years is the best, so the other LO you have will be more understanding, especially if they've been the only child.

I would personally recommend 3 years apart they would be about not really. Lose in age and is wade better special bcuz my son turn 3 in June and I am do in a few days its a perfect time...I u don't have to worry about changing diaperss, he eats by himself except hot plates but he does everything by himself...during my whole pregnancy I didn't necessarily have to be after him he is very calm ..he pottys on his own he only calls me to wipe him off when he poops and I am telling u it's much much better I believe ...second time time and he is very smart he knows a lot he even helps when I need him to take something to the room to the trash can at the kitchen, if he wants a snack he gets it if its in a reachable place like a banana etc...but yea between 3, 3 1/3/or 4 its a good age ...
