I'm pretty sure there is really no way to totally not have all the pain no matter how 'zen' anyone is.  I needed the help with both of my deliveries.  Found out I am not much of a tough girl.  So, I'm sure it will hurt but very often, second and so on deliveries are smoother than the first and easier all the way around.  good luck to you!

I did it all natural the doc didn't cut me or anything. It wasn't that hard to get her out after I started. Don't worry you will be fine.

I had an all natural birth and between contractions I got stuck at what they call the ring of fire and it didn't feel too bad!
9 pushes in 7 minutes she was out no medical intervention I did tear but I didn't even feel it!
Good luck you will do great :)
