I woke up with allergies this morning and feel like poo... What can I take???

Thanks.. I tried napping but couldn't.. Ugh I feel worse now! And now my back is killing me too.. I got my mom picking me up some stuff now..

for allergies you can take benadryl and for constipation, you can take stool softener or even increase fiber and magnesium intake, along with plentiful of fluids.

My Dr only said to take benadryl or claritin... lol
Neither work for me, so I'm doomed, hopefully they bring you some relief. :)

You can also take claratin (not sure on the spelling tho) lol
