Hello again doctor you were kind enough to check out my charts,and advised me,i was just wondering my temps seem to be 97.70 upwards but only ever couple above 98.00 do they need to be above 98 to achieve a pregnancy,or is it based on just staying above coverine.also you suggested sex evary other day leading to ov and 2 days after i have been trying that for years but not achieveing,apart from blocked right tube from eptopic in nov 06 all other tests show normal,you say my progesterone is normal,any other suggestions of tests etc.

Many thanks for your reply,my partner has had his sperm check done all was ok,i myself have been under infertility specialist.with what seems to be a blocked tube,this was resulted from eptopic in nov 06,so prior to that we were fine but several years,nothing.i was told my only option is ivf,i have unexplained infertility,there must be a reason right ?wondered if you had any advice or suggestions.

Hello,

I don't believe there is a temperature that you need to reach to achieve conception.  

Make sure your partner has had a semen analysis.  And maybe it is time for you to have a consultation with an infertility specialist.
