Am i in slow labor?

Okay so i'm 40 weeks on monday, and for the last 48 hours i've had contractions every 20 minutes, they never hurt at all they were just uncomfortable. I had my non stress test yesterday and the nurse just said to give them a call if they get to 5 minutes apart. I woke up this morning feeling like i'm having my period. I'm very achey, i have back pain, sometimes its with the contractions. I'm still having the contractions 20 minutes apart but now they hurt like period cramps, but with some of the pains my stomach doesnt always tighten up like it;s been. Does this sound like it's a slow labor? On monday i was checked and at 2cm fully effaced.

Hi, you sound same as me. I am 40 weeks 4 days. Had a sweep done on my due date and was 3to 4 cm dilated, have been having mild contractions since, and am now losing my mucus plug very quickly....but no sign of baby yet...fully effaced is a good sign, I had 3 cm to go yesterday. You could o quickly or it could drag out like mine seems to be!

I would suggest walking walk for as long as you can stand it..... It may help push baby down and get contractions more powerful.... It helped me with my first but i wasnt over due
