Sauna while pregnant????
I just wanted to ask on here what everyone thought on if a lady 8 months along should be going in a sauna?! I know you're not suppost to be going in hot tubs and taking too hot of showers while pregnant due to raising your core temp so when I saw pictures of my friend in a sauna, who is also almost 9 months along, it went all over me. What's everyones thoughts?
Wow- she also went in the hot tub. How can someone not know you arent suppost to do that!
