Any ideas for a healthy dinner ALL of us can enjoy????

So... can't think of anything for dinner... I know it's only lunch but I have so much things to do after work... So I need to know what I'm getting for dinner... Last night I had sushi rice with a tofu dish, it had tofu with furikake pink salmon tomatoes with a hint of sesame oil... YUMMMMM!!! Don't get me wrong I'm not really a healthy eater, which I should be, but yeah something fast cheap and YUMMMMY!!!!! =)

Oh wow that nacho dish sounds do good. I make black bean soup just Google paneras recipe and even the guys in the house eat it because they can'ttaste the veggies. Also olive garden's fettuccine Alfredo recipe is great. I just whipped up some mushrooms in a pan tonight and made myself easy spaghetti and melted lots of cheese on it

Make nachos, get the black bean artisan chips i get them at frys, whole black beans, cooked diced chicken, cheese, and any other toppings you like.
I use sour cream, avacado, diced tomato and red onion its so easy and yummy. If u cant find the chips just use any tortilla chips but those ones are so good.

I'm going to make BBQ ribs with chicken flavoured noodles and ranch style beans for dinner tonight. :D

If you like spinach I have found a recipe for turkey and spinach meatballs, I'm a very picky eater and I absolutely love this recipe. I pair it with Mashed potatoes with brown gravy and some green beans.
