Yes! I have the same problem. I'm 28+5 weeks and have been dealing with it since I was 25 weeks. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I had the same problem with my first. I've been to a chiropractor but to no avail. Massages help for a short amount of time. Only thing I've found to help me is taking a warm shower or bath.
I have spasms down my back, in shoulders, and neck. I had them before pregnancy, and all this added pressure makes them worse. Try stretching your neck. It seems to help mine sometimes.
