Please send responses through the "app support" link. I asked Amber to stop by here and review the issue and see what's been tried, but if you use the App Support link on your phone to send a report, the app team gets all info needed to help diagnose and fix the problem. Thanks!

Were you able to try clearing your cache? If you do try that- you will need to log in once after, but we think that should clear up the need to log in.
We are still diagnosing this issue, so if anyone is seeing it- we would love to hear from you via the "App Support" link in the app.

hamburger94, that's a good solution for a lot of app problems, so thanks for sharing. If you do that, please use the same login credentials you've always been using.
It appears that you're all using the Android version of the app. On your phone, you can also try going to Settings > Application Settings (or App Manager on some phones), then select I'm Expecting. When you're on that app's page, click "Clear cache".
If you continue to have issues, you can always contact us within the app. Click on the menu that you use to get to this community, then scroll down. There's an app support link. Our app manager will be happy to help.
I had the same issue. I just uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and it works fine now
