Awkward. ..

So I know it's normal to be constipated while pregnant,  but I've been constipated for 8 days and now I'm having cramps. I'm 15 weeks. Is this normal?

I eat a lot of oatmeal and bread, somehow that helps me! Ask if you can take laxative pills and only take half a pill. that worked before pregnancy for me.

I was constipated like that.. try walking and drinking more water than You usually do. Also, get more fiber. If that doesn't help talk to your doctor. 8 days is a long time:(

Oh my goodness so have i! It's making me feel extra bloated and uncomfortable. This is my second pregnancy, but my first was not like this at all. I guess they are all different! I'm just trying to eat a good diet but I don't know what else to do?!
