Yes, once your baby exits through your birth canal, your body will send a message to your brain that will make your breasts start producing milk. Thats why womens boobs are so sore and full after giving birth :)
That's normal not everyone leaks yet. Right now you are only producing small quantities of colostrum. It's what your baby will eat the first few days to boost their immune system. I never leaked till my milk came in a few days after baby is born is when that happens then you'll be leaking everywhere lol.
Your milk comes in after baby is born, you have colostrum right now, which will be enough for baby until your milk fully comes in, it will come in faster once baby is nursing. Don't worry it will come in, and you'll know lol.
