Baby Name Frustration!

Hi ladies, so I am 15 weeks pregnant with a little girl.. And we have decided to name her Paisley Elizabeth.. I have always loved Paisley and my fiancé has always loved Elizabeth, and I think the name flows well together.. Since it is his daughter I think he should get to have some input in the babies name.. But I'm getting a lot of criticism from family..even my mom. My mom says I like paisley but please don't use the horrible name Elizabeth.. But we think it's pretty and I'm getting so sick of hearing people run their mouths over and over again! Ugh, it's my child and I'll name her what I want, I don't know what people don't understand about that!!! Does anyone else have or had these problems ?!

My mother in law thinks if u have an n on the name it doesn't flow with my last name that starts with a m . I think she's crazy and iam not taking her opinion into count as long as me and my boyfriend agree on names everyone else opinion doesn't matter. I like the names you picked very pretty.

I do not know what i am having yet but my husband and i have been choosing names for both sexes and so far we have came up with many ideas and there isnt one that everyone agrees on and there wont ever be one espwcially with my family so dont stress it. This is your baby and ultimately they will grow to the name because they love your child im sure and a name wont change that

@amelia21x I found out with my first and this one at 14 weeks.. Where I go there is a seperate company that you can pay $50 and they will do an early gender ultrasound starting at 14 weeks .

I gave people my 'top 3' so they can give their opinion but not in a judgemental way. We know what we are going with. Just waiting until we meet him to call it. Name her what you want.

My middle name is Elizabeth and my daughter will have that as her middle name too.. It just goes well with most names. I think you should name her what you want, she is your baby!

People will always give their opinions. sometimes I regret telling people our name before he's born lol. But it's your choice. So don't let them sway you ! And btw, I think Elizabeth is a very petty name. We're having a boy but if he'd been a girl, we were gonna use Elizabeth as our middle name !

how do you know that you're having a girl already? If you're only 15 weeks! I'm nearly 13 weeks and really want to know what I'm having. You should name your child whatever you want to, ignore what other people are saying because at the end of the day it's your child and I think it's good that yous have come to an agreement so that you both have the names you like :)
