Baby Shower ANGER!

You know call me crazy but I seem to think that the father of my child should attend the damn baby shower. His mom seems to think that just because she is hosting it she can control that stuff. And what if I wanted to invite guys. I don't exactly get along with girls!  I'd rather just go buy everything myself and say screw the baby shower. I want the father of my child there and I don't understand why that has to be such a hassle!!

We called ours a baby shower plus diaper run, which apparently is more inviting to the guys. We had all sorts at my shower for my first.

My bf wants to plan mine for crying out loud lol they should be able to be involved if they want, they helped create the baby!  There are no rules saying men can't attend a baby shower, do Whatcha want girl!

That's how my baby shower was when I was pregnant with my son but it was my grandmother having the attitude about my hubby being there. He was all like well if he stays I'm leaving and everyone is leavin with me. Like really grow up. This time my mother in law I throwing the baby shower and my hubby WILL be there an if any of the ladies wanna bring their man go right ahead

I had a "Jack and Jill" babyshower and I wasn't even the one planning it. I just told my friends that they could bring their husbands because it was going to be co-ed. If a guy shows up she can't very well kick them out. Lol. Especially if you welcome them happily.
