I've heard the exact same thing about the cord being wrapped around. Lol
Idoubt u HAVE to ha e one to be able to leave. but if my babygirl doesnt have her lil beanie on shes cold and gets the hiccups lol
Ok lol thanks ladies if its cold I'll just wrap her up she will be okay
I think its just the feeling that keeping baby bundled means they will stay safe. I work in child care and the most paranoid mommas seem to layer their kids no matter what time of year it is!!
Idk lol my grandma has been being over dramatic my whole pregnancy I'll take one just in case but even when they gave me a list of things me and my baby will need at my appt a hat wasn't listed on there. My grandma also told me having your hands above your head can wrap the cord around the babies neck and that's not true lol
You don't have to have one. They usually have one on the babe after its born in the hospital to keep their temp up. But you don't have to have one on when your leaving.
Never heard that you have to have a hat to leave. Lol. Maybe bring one just in case. Better safe then sorry.
The hospital will mainly be focused on baby being in the carseat correct and you putting it in the car the correct way . My baby boy left swaddled with no hat amd he was fine .
