What are the best OTC prenatal vitamins?
Hi there I am now 16 weeks pregnant and I was just wondering everyone's opinions about prenatals. Currently I am using OTC with very healthy amounts of ingredients but I was wondering about omega 3s. Should I start using them? What are the best for pregnancy? Also I'm a prior cigarette smoker of years and its been difficult quitting, any pointers to help? TIA! Happy wishes.
I take Vitafusion prenatals because the regular pill makes me sick. That has everything in it
I found Elevit and Blackmores made me feel ill... but Natures own included all necessary vitamins... and I believe omegas as well... it didn't make me feel sick which was a major bonus!
I have problems with swallowing pills so I take the gummy prenatals and they work just as good.
