Back ache

Is standing 8 hours part of back pain ?
What do you ladies do to feel better ? I'm 18 weeks and I'm so paranoid because I miscarried at 22 weeks once

I can relate on both things, back pain and miscarriage at 20 weeks. I'm 15 weeks and work in a retail environment so I'm on my feet for 8 hours as well, I do get horrible back and tailbone pain after a while. I asked a doctor that comes into the place I work at and he said it wont hurt the baby, its partially in due to standing on a hard floor for so long and during the second trimester our bodies are doing so much moving and shifting especially our pelvic which is connected to our back so we feel more in our back than in our pelvis. If youre still concerned next time you go to the doc I would ask and make sure with your doctor. Hope all is well and you have a great and long pregnancy!!
