Lol atleast you gave yours to your husband mines waits until I'm asleep then takes it i wake up in the middle of the night to him snuggling MY pillow lol
I have one of those pillows but never seem to use it, I get tangled up in it at night, so I just let hubby hug it at night lol. I must try getting on all fours and sticking my butt out, see if that also helps me.. Im just too dam lazy :/.
In addition to all of the above get a pregnancy pillow. It's helped my back and hips so much because part of it goes between your legs. Boppy makes one for about $50-$60 but its totally worth it. Wraps around most of your body.
Thanks bubbs! I usually get on all fours and I guess like stick my butt out and put my chest on the floor. But I have been thinking of getting an excercise ball too:)
Exercise.. Rotate your hips. Put your two hand on your lower back and swing your hips to a shape of a circle (if that makes sense) and stick your bum out aswel, that really helps me and my back/hip pain gets so bad I can't sit down or walk properly, but doing that for about 5mins it really really eases the pain! Just keep moving your hips, loosen up your muscles. Aswel get a birthing ball or just an exercise ball and sit and roll your hips around! Hope this helps you, cuz it really helps me :).
I have to lay on a heating pad. That helps most of the time.
Theres a lot of different things here stacy :) Hope one helps. My hips n back hurt really bad when I get up after sleeping or even just laying down it feels like my spine has a cramp -_-
