Try getting on your hands and knees and arching your back then loosen it. Like stretching it. You know?

I am 7wks 4days and I am experience this too!  I have lower back pain but its in my right side! Mine is caused by my kidney! I am also consider high risk too! With the prenatal vitamins it has flared up my kidney stones! I always get kidney infections when passing stones! I would have it check next time you go to the doctor! I also recommend that you drink lots and lots of water...this will flush the kidneys and may relieve that pain if that is what is causing it foe you!

I'm 10 weeks and I'm having this HORRIBLE pain right under my left shoulder blade. I've tried Tylenol and it literally did nothing, my hubby keeps telling me to take a hot bath but Ive heard in the past that hot baths can hurt the baby.  Am I just paranoid??  I can't even move my shoulder without it shooting pains through my left side
