Back pain

Okay, so I'm 25weeks with my first kid. I've been having horrible back pains in my lower back especially when I lay down and try to turn over or sit back up. Is this pretty normal and are any other mommy to bes experiencing this? And is there any special tricks to relieve the pains? Any info. would be great!!!

My back hurt so bad with first preg and the only way i could fix it is sleeping on an air mattress but when i started feeling back pain with this one i tried sleeping with a pillow by my side and i havent had pain since and i am 27 weeks preg. I always sleep on my side with one leg bent so i stick the pillow under that leg and beside my belly. I am seriously amazed how i havent felt pain since i started doing that

back pains are pretty normal as your body stretches and also baby starts to put weight on.. however if its too much to handle i would say speak to your doctor as he ll be able to give you some pain killers etc.. usually warm bath(NOT HOT BATH), or warm patches can ease up the pain.. it also sounds like pelvic grindle pain.. if you speak to your doctor he should also be able to send you to physiotherapist..
