Back pain

Having excruciating lower back pain that will not go away! I'm 35 weeks and need some relief. Anyone have any tips?

It could be a sign of a UTI or early labor if its persisting after a warm bath and heat packs and laying on your left side propped up by pillows call your doctor.
I get excruciating back pain when I get uti's and its my only symptom besides increased urination.

Warm bath? Or prenatal massage my sister says they are so worth it
