My back is killing me but it's only on my left side which I don't get because my son stays on my right......does anybody know why or how it's only on my left?

I have the same problem only on my left side mostly in my butt area. I was told its most likely my sciatic nerve

It's not that because I haven't been laying down I've been feeling it for 3 days now it actually goes away when I lay down

If you was laying down earlier its probably the way you was laying or positioned. It happened to me lastinight only on my left side lower back. It will go away.

Mine goes to my hip too and I also have to use pillows even while sitting but especially when sleeping :(

I dont know but i have the same pain and it goes right down to my hips. I need to sit with a pillow all the time cuz without its too sore.
