Peppermint tea does wonders!
A warm mist humidifier in your room st night work wonders. If you don't have one, try running the shower on hot.with the door closed and breathing in the steam. I also like using a nasal rinse (like a neti pot) to clear out mucus. It's really gross but it works so well. Much better than decongestant (which you can't have during pregnancy anyway).
