Best probiotic brand to take during pregnancy?
Please help me pick a good probiotic. I am 20 weeks pregnant with irritable bowel issues.

Probiotic VSL#3 is a very good brand and should be fine to use in pregnancy.
Also, for bowel issues in pregnancy keep in mind that you can't drink too much water, and avoid carbonated beverages.

I actually have a lot of stomach issues. And so do my children and we take a chewable Strawberry flavored waffer. It is the only kind I trust since it is safe for my kids. It is a white bottle and I just ran out. Going to get more tomorrow and when I do I will let you know the name. I get it at Rite Aid and it is in a white bottle.
