Bleeding after pregnancy

I just wanted to know how much you bleed after giving birth. Like, will I have to change clothes throughout the day? Will I have to stay home? What about during sleep, will it go through my clothes onto my bed?

You bleed very heavy a few days after. Make sure you check for big sized clots as that's not a good sign. But some bleed for a couple of weeks and some longer. Just make sure u stay dry and change pads every so often.

I bled heavy for about 2 weeks and passed quite a few large clots too/: they say its only a concern if you pass clots larger than a baseball but anything smaller isn't of concern if that gives you an idea of how gross postpartum bleeding can be, lol. I wore huge pads and I used tucks hemrroid pads to relieve any burning from birth. But you'll definitely want to stay low key for about the first week and always change your pad!

Every woman bleeds after giving birth. It's heavy for a few days, it continues for a week's or longer, and overnight pads are highly recommended. It's not good to be out and about until after the 6 week healing process is complete.

You'll want to stay home because you'll be healing and baby isn't meant to go out right away. You'll bleed very heavily at first. You'll want to buy the tick overnight pads and wear them round the clock.  I'll be two weeks post partum tomorrow and for the past few days I've only been spotting. It was the same with my first, but it can last up to six weeks. You will also have clots, but unless they're bigger than a lemon, you needn't worry.
