Bleeding during pregnancy

Im mostly looking for experiences as I know the only one who can tell me for sure is my doctor. Im 7 weeks pregnant today. This is my 6th pregnancy. I have 2 healthy children. This morning I woke up and had some blood on my pantiliner so i went to the ER. I was 100% sure I miscarried but wanted to make sure it wasn't in my tube as I only have one left due to a previous ectopic (tubal). I bled a lot more during the vaginal ultrasound but to my amazement they saw a sac with a baby in my uterus. Measuring perfectly. My hcg levels are over 10,000. I have an appt with my doctor in the morning. The only time ive ever bled during pregnancy, is when i was miscarrying. I never bled with my healthy pregnancies. So im very confused. If i have a healthy pregnancy, why am i bleeding?? Also im breastfeeding and my doctor told me it was fine as long as im not cramping or bleeding. Well now im bleeding but its Sunday and i can't get ahold of her until tomorrow. The ER doc told me it was fine to continue but id like to get the ok from my doctor. I want just not breastfed til tomorrow. Idk. Anybody have any experiences?

Im not sure if anyone has read this but just in case someone is looking for hope. I had a doctors appointment this morning and had another ultrasound. They saw a baby that measures right on track and I even got to see the heartbeat. I have a subchronic hemorrage and that's what caused the bleeding. My doctor said i will still bleed some more than likely but that its completely normal and not to worry (easier said than done). Im only having brown discharge right now so hopefully everything goes well. She also told me that once a heartbeat is seen on ultrasound, the risk of miscarriage drops drastically. Oh and as far as the breastfeeding part, she said its perfectly safe to continue as pumping (i exclusively pump) does not increase miscarriage risk. Good luck with your pregnancies ladies!
