I spotted with my first pregnancy kinda like a period but lighter and no cramping. I had it for about 5 days every month almost like a period until I was four months. I then found out I was pregnant but i never suspected it since i has no symptoms and had what seemed to be my period. My then doctor said it's normal to spot but i'd call your doctor just to make sure. Better safe than sorry. Good luck hun.

If your bleeding is paired with cramping then I would go in to the er.. Have you been to a doctor yet to confirm or just a positive home test? Regardless if you're not cramping you should be okay
