Bleeding

I had my baby 6 weeks ago and I'm still bleeding. Just wondering if that's normal? It started slowing down and then stopped a few days ago but today started up again.

It could also be the beginning of your first period. I bled for 6 weeks.  Then stopped for 1 day. Then got my period. And bled for another week and a half.

Carrieanne have you talked to your doctor? You shouldn't still be bleeding after 6 months.

Totally normal. If you exerted yourself a little more it could make you bleed again, it could also be your first period starting up again. Just watch it, as long as your not soaking a pad in an hour or passing golf ball sized clots then youre fine and it'll hopefully stop soon. You'll probably be seeing your Dr soon anyways so you can always ask her
