Body Ball to Induce Labor?

Hi ladies! So I am 37+5 and was going through my garage today and found a body ball...:))

Well I'm trying to help my baby get a move on and I just blew it up and am currently sitting on it but don't think I'm using it right. I read stories that the ball didn't send them into labor until about a week later which is fine with me. If someone can instruct me on using it correctly. Thanks

I've never heard of it inducing labour but it's definitely helpful during labour.

My midwife told me to use my ball from 20weeks, it doesnt bring on labour but is vetter to sit on and will get ur baby in the right position.
