- i wore a tight bra and i finnaly came home and took it off and now im real hurt from my chest and stomach , idk if i should be worries bout wearing tight clothes !

Also you probably need to get fitted for a bra, if your still pretty early on and don't want to buy maternity bras yet, most maternity stores and other stores sell extenders for bras that will give you another few inches and they are like a $1.50
It happens. Try a spirits bra once you take off your bra. Or buy maternity bras to wear from now on they help a lot.
