Bread.

Is it okay for me to eat soo much bread,bread sticks,dinner rolls ect ... Because bread is like my all time fav. Food right now and I wanted to know is eating to much will hurt my baby?

Not at all harmful...your body needs the simple carbs right now...both my pregnancies i craved pretzels...crackers...pasta...it lasted through the first trimester...second trimester all i wanted was fruit...lol. Its sef not hurting your baby :)

Ive been sick throwing up atleast once everyday since week 4 I'm now 12 weeks and I'm praying this morning sickness leaves. Im sick all day everyday... I've lost over 10 pounds I usually force myself to eat bc I have no appitite. Only thing I have craved is watermelon.  Excited bc its my first but its awful being sick and throwing up at work I have medcines the doctor has given me they dont help some kind of pheigren just makes my eyesight blurry and then very sleepy in kind of a drunk state I stop taking the medicines I tried saltines and ginger ale I'm guessing ill just have to wait it out

Its amazing because our bodies tell us wat it wants. We just have to listen. Bread is great, atleast yr eating, alot of women cant. Iv been eating alot of tuna sandwiches, yum yum.
