Breast feeding drug?????

This may sound stupid... But...
Is there something you can take/eat that will help your milk supply increase and last longer? that won't harm/ affect my baby?
I really really want to breast feed for as long as I can. But my family history isn't good and the women always dry up after about 6-8weeks. I'm 33w3days now. Just trying to see what's out there.
Thanks :-D

also make sure you demand feed, that means every time bub is hungry so not to a schedule, sometimes its as often as every 1 1/2 hrs to start with, the more bub feeds the more milk your body produces, and also keep your water intake up, everytime you put bub to breast you should drink at least one full glass of water, also fennel tea.....

Lactation Cookies Recipe
•1 cup butter or margarine
•1 & 1/2 cups brown sugar
•4 tablespoons water
•2 tablespoons flaxseed meal (can be found at any local health food store)
•2 large eggs
•1 teaspoon vanilla
•2 cups flour
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1 teaspoon salt
•3 cups oats, thick cut if you can get them
•1 cup or more chocolate chips/sultanas/almonds/macadamia nuts (whatever takes your fancy)
•2-4 tablespoons of brewers yeast (be generous)
IMPORTANT! Do not substitute the brewers yeast… that’s the ingredient which makes them work.

If you don’t notice much of an increase the first time or if you need to increase your supply even more, add more brewers yeast.

Variation Ideas
Our members have made variations to this recipe by using these delicious combinations:

•Coconut and banana
•Choc chip and cranberry
•Dried apricot and white chocolate
•Apple cinnamon: 1 tsp cinnamon instead of vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped dried apple and 1/2 cup sultanas. BellyBelly member audux also added 2 tbsp stewed apple to experiment and found the cookies to turn out lovely and moist.
“I made a batch yesterday morning, I’ve had to get up this early to express, I woke up feeling very full and leaky and uncomfortable!! So they have definitely made a difference” — eza

“I made a particularly potent batch this week. I haven’t needed to use breast pads for a couple of months, but after this batch, my friends call me ‘Wet Patches’. I doubled the flaxseed meal, added cocoa and hazelnut meal – they taste like Nutella.” — Audax

Method
Preparation time is around 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180C.

1) Mix together 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal and water, set aside for 3-5 minutes.

2) Cream (beat well) margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mix well.

3) Stir flaxseed mixture and add with vanilla to the margarine mix. Beat until blended.

4) Sift together dry ingredients, except oats and chips.

5) Add to margarine mixture. Stir in oats then chips.

6) Scoop or drop onto baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment. Because the dough is a little crumbly, it might be easier if you use a scoop.

Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on size of cookies. Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.

Where to Get Brewers Yeast
You can get brewers yeast from health food stores, in the home brew section of your local Big W or in health food isles of supermarkets. It’s a bit cheaper to buy brewers yeast from supermarkets than from health food stores or home-brew suppliers.
