Breastfeeding question!

So this is a wired question but, can u just pump bottles instead of actually breastfeeding with the baby sucking lol. I feel it will be so weird to breastfeed but I for sure want to give it a try

I'm not sure why I find it weird. It's my first baby so I'm new to this for one, also I hate my nipples being touched lol. And it just seems uncomfortable. But then again I would love the fact that I can give my baby what it needs and no one else can do that for my baby.

Pumping is not nearly as effective asxa baby however. Its not good stimulation therefore you may not produce as well and pumping may not empty your breasts which also won't help with production. But some ppl have to esp working mom's so it def can be done. What I would suggest is when your home use baby to stimulate you first and experience let down and then pump. Also great bonding for you and baby. skin to skin will help with you milk and stimulation also. But why do you find it weird? The reason we have breasts are to feed our babies.

Not at all. Your nipples are gonna get super sore though even if you do just pump but you'll get used to it

Your husband is funny. and yes  then it will be good that she can take from a bottle when u not there but I hear it will be a great bonding experience I want to try I took a class it was very informative we did it with a fake baby clothes on of course lol maybe u can take one I promise it is a great experience

Yes but there is a chance you will dry up bc your baby actually latching on and drinkimg from you directly. Your breasts somehow know just how much to make just for your baby and what antibodies and nutrients your baby needs more than others. When your baby isnt directly feeding on you your breasts wont really be able to know how much to make amd can end up drying ul

That's what I'm doing. I've had my nips Peirced for a while so I don't want any air bubbles or nothing and also I don't want to have to wing my baby off the boob later. So I'm pumping into bottles.

That's what i thought before but afterttrying it a few times it's a real bonding experience. Even when my hb is around and making sexual jokes saying he's hungry too and such

Hehe yes I believe u can just do bottles but try to look at it as natural as much as possible I know some people  think it's weird since our boobs are so sexualized but that's not all they are here for
