Breat Augmentation After Baby? HELP????

Hi ladies, well I basically just need some opinions. I am thinking about getting breast augmentation after I have the baby my first question is : If I'm not breast feeding how long does it usually take for the production of milk to stop so that I may have the surgery? The other thing is that I am getting really bad stretch marks on my breast only because I used to be very small and I wanted to know: Does breast augmentation basically restretch your skin so that the marks look less visible? The last question is kinda embarassing but I think all you mommas know what I'm talking about...does the color of your breast ever go back to normal and how long does it take?

Thanks Ladies!!

I'd personally wait until I lost the pregnancy weight and my body got back to normal - several months to a year.  I am actually thinking about having a boob lift when I am done having kids!  I'm only 30, I don't want saggy boobs already!  LOL  But, I know it'll be a few years yet because I plan to breastfeed the one I am pregnant with and we are unsure if we are going to have a 3rd child.  Then I want to get my body back in shape the way it was - or at least down to the size I was.

I'm sorry this pregnancy has been rough for you - but soon enough you'll have your precious baby and he'll make you forget all about the bad parts!  Plus, you have the augmentation to look forward to! :-)  Best of luck to you.

It's not so much the production of milk you want to have stop so you can know what will happen naturally, but really just the shifting and readjustment of your whole body after pregnancy.  I would definitely wait at least 6 months, or even more like 8 or 10, after childbirth if not breastfeeding.  But here is the real question -- why do breast augmentation if you are going to have more kids in the future?  You might just be throwing your hard-earned cash away.  For good long-term results, do it after having all the kids you intend to have.

It can be up to 6 mo before you stop producing all together. It might depend on the surgeon how long you should wait but each person is different. My friend went from a pre prego size 34 d to a 34 b. And ive gone in 6 yrs from a 36 b to a  36hh... So its kinda up in the air what is gonna happen naturally.
