Ok, I'm 37 weeks, my baby shower is tomorrow. Then Thursday I'll be 38 weeks. Im due back to the doctor on the 3rd of August. After that following doctors  appointment I'll be 39 weeks. And suggestions on what I need to do to go ahead and have this baby

I've dilated 1 centemiter. That was like 2 weeks ago though.. I don't know how far I am. I'll know next week Wednesday

I'm currently turned 38 weeks today and I'm doing walking, sex, jumping jacks I have a doctor appointment this Friday and I'll be 38 weeks and 3 days

Last time doctor checked when I was 35 weeks I was only 1cm thick and now I'm having contractions just a little bit. He'll check again Friday to see where I'm at.

Usually,  you won't need to do anything at all.  Your body will put itself into labor and that's how the process will start.
