Eat more bananas:) i started getting spasm cramps in my legs when i would stretch in bed. I researched it cause the pain was horrible and my boyfriend is a fitness expert so it came down to maybe i was lacking potassium..ate a banana a day and stretched before bed and the charley horses have left the building
Now that they've started, it may happen every night. Trust me on this, when it starts, just lay flat and bring your toes like towards you it'll stretch out your calf, instant relief works everytime
I had the same thing happen yesterday! It hurt so bad I woke my husband up crying. He thought I was in labor I was crying so hard. Lol. It's still sore today too. :( but no doubt that they are awful!
