Caffein while pregnant question

How much caffeine is okay while pregnant . ? Would consuming caffeine affect your baby ?

The advised amount of caffine is 200mg of caffine. 1 cup of coffe = 135mg. Yes it can affect the baby, studies have shown too much caffine can increase the risk of miscarriage, it may also interfere with you and your baby absorbing iron

I heard one cup of coffee OR one can of soda a day only. But i gave up caffeine all together throughout my entire pregnancy

I drink 1-2 bottles of 24oz Pepsi a day.. My baby's healthy & so am I. I'm 24 weeks. My Dr just told me to cut back in the first trimester & then the 2nd &3rd I should be okay drinking it all its guna do is make the baby hyper
