Also it's the first day of your last period they calculate by not the last.

Most people don't know when they actually concieve. I did with my 2nd because my husband and I only have sex on "certain days" because of our schedules and it was the night of a wedding (open bar lol)! So I knew we concieved on June 20th or within 2 days after since sperm can take awhile to get to their destination. I told my Dr. this and based on that we came up with a due date of March 15th, but babies aren't usually born exactly on their due date anyway and mine ended up being a week "early". If you know for sure that you concieved on the 7th or a cpl days thereafter, I would go with the slightly later date, but again, dates that close don't matter too much and Mamabays is right, your ultrasounds will have give you a good idea of exactly how many weeks you are.

They will take measurement of the baby and give you a date if it looks like it should change. My due date is 10 days different than what it would be going of my period.

Because unless a Dr implants the eggs in you there is really no way of knowing your true date of concieving.
