Can I get pregnant if...

Hello. So can you get pregnant if you sit on your boyfriends lap? We both had clothing on, two layers. He  also touched my vagina but no semen was involved. He even said he took two showers, and washed his hands. I have severe anxiety and would like this answered. Thank you

Hi. No, you can't get pregnant from sitting on someone's lap.  A penis really needs to enter your vagina to get pregnant.  This wouldn't be a risk at all. Work on the anxiety though, as that can get better. Do you see a therapist or anything?

You know lately I’ve been the same. Worrying on top of worrying. I’m 27. I don’t know how old you are but you got to think about this. When you reach my age.. do you want to look back and be like, man all I did was worry! You don’t have to worry!! And I know it might feel like you can’t help it, but we got the power to turn our thoughts away from worry and go to positive ones. So next time you feel like googling symptoms. Why not watch a good message on YouTube like a ted talk or in my case like td jakes or Joel osteen. Download this app called Aura. A lot of it is free and it’s 12 a month for premium but it helps me calm down. Know that nothing can harm you you are safe and not alone. Your family is there. But no pregnancy only happens when a substance called semen goes in through a mans penis into the woman’s vagina. And as you get older you can get on birth control to not get preggers. Kissing, and touching on top of clothes doesn’t cause anything. If you don’t have a therapist I suggest even talking to a church counselor. Or a friend you can confide in. You’re going to be ok
