Can u play Xbox Kennect

Can u play the kennect games  or Wii games while being prego??? I'm 15 wks now, I personally don't see why not because nothing is in physical contact with u like in other sports like basketball,baseball and football... just wondering is it safe?

well the wii fit I would be a little more careful with..we have that too and the board is pretty easy to wobble off of if you lose your balance,so make sure if you're doing yoga to have hubby or something solid nearby to hold onto so you don't fall :-)

yep, it's fine. Just be careful you don't overextend and strain a muscle, or slip and fall. Also I personally avoid the kinect games where you have to jump too much (like Kinect Adventures) because as my belly got bigger it started to hurt....

but yep you can play, just be careful not to fall or hurt yourself :-).
