Can you take lactation cookies and mother milk tea while pregnant?

Basically what the caption says.. Can you eat lactaion cookies while pregnant? And can you drink mothers milk tea while pregnant?
I've heard of some women starting early on producing and pumping and freezing there milk till the baby comes.  I would like to do that. But is it safe? Will it harm the baby in any way?
I've tried calling my Dr to ask but it goes to voicemail.

I didn't produce much with my daughter and I would like to last longer with this pregnancy.
I'm only 12weeks and I'm not trying to start pumping right now and producing but I would like to try the cookies and the tea....
And later on when I'm almost due I would probably try pumping just to start contractions..

I don't see the harm in eating lactation cookies and drinking mothers milk tea- but I wouldn't start with pumping.  Nipple stimulation can cause contractions, it's often something they do to try to induce labor- you don't want to do that before baby is ready.  Also, colostrum is a substance that is your 'milk' (it's not really milk) for the first few days- it contains many important nutrients for your baby- anti-bodies and other things that you want your baby to have.  Your milk comes in, usually, several days after delivery.  In general, it's not a good idea to worry about storing milk up before your baby arrives.
