Can't eat

I am very early in my pregnacy and I can't eat unless its cravings , I take my vitamins but its frustrating to be pregnant and hungry , I get really sick and am not able to hold food down and I don't know why . Can some give me tips on how to keep the nausea down and be able to nourish my unborn ?

Try eating small doses of the meal instead of taking a huge bite.
Cut the food up into small pieces and then eat slowly whilst thinking of something that makes you happy.
This will stop the nausea. :)

Try a prenatal that doesn't have iron in it. I know the gummies don't have iron. That can make you sick, too. Honestly, you have to tough it out. I was sick til 18 weeks and all I could keep down was 1 small banana milkshake a day. I tried everything! I even threw up the syrup in preggie pops. Morning sickness is a pain and unfortunately can last all day. Some days mine would stop around midnight so I would eat all I could. Try different drinks and keep the one you keep down and try some milkshakes.
