Hey well thats normal with some pregnancies people have "insomnia" trouble sleeping at night time. Do you sleep thru the day time?

Yea I got an appointment to see my OB about it. Im a manager in retail so I exercise enough for two people in one shift so I don't think that's the problem my nurse recommended taking benadryl before bed but idk how I feel about that

I'm 14 weeks along as well and I am having the same problem! I toss and turn all night and I can't get comfortable. I will lay there with my eyes closed for hours. And it's causing me to get headaches frequently. I saw that it happens with a lot of women around this time during pregnancy. Apparently exercising every day helps, so I am trying that. Hopefully it gets better for us!
