Charlie Horses
I'm 34weeks 0days today and for some strange reason I keep waking up with very painful Charlie horses! Anyone knows why? It slips my mind every time I go to the doctor and I forget to ask her. Thanks.
It means ur dehydrated and u need to drink more water or gatorade this happend to my with my first child and with this one it seems like it wants to come but I always drink some water or something before and it goes away
It's like a really bad muscle spasm or leg cramp. I get these a lot during the night there horrible.
They are the worst thing ever mine wake me up out ifa dead sleep and leave me like crying. My doc told me to massage it out flex my foot and take a tTylenol to help eliviate the pain.
Oh thanks never heard it called that before. I take a small glass of tonic water before bed as the quinine in helps also bananas help because of the potassium. I haven't had it in weeks now thank goodness
I had on last night horribly ;( and my bf got me mad cause he didn't wanna rub it out so I was in pain till I started crying lol
