I use to get them really bad when I was pregnant with my first daughter.
Eat a banana a day and drink an extra glass if water a day. It will help a lot! No joke. I hated bananas but when your in pain lol I ate one and it didn't have a cramp for like 2 days. When I ate at least half of one a day I noticed they went away.

Doesn't matter if you're taking your prenatals and drinking juice, you can still get them if you're low on potassium and such. Try eating foods with more potassium and drinking more water.
Oh those are the worse! Make sure to eat bananas, drink plenty of water- and any other foods with potassium in them.
I have recently started to wake up in the middle of the night with my legs severly cramping up I have to lay in a specific position otherwise I will continue to cramp. Drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day is the key. Stay hydrated and nearly all your side effects go away.
