Chest Pain

What could it be? I was in the ER last night for chest tightening, pain, and shortness of breath. They did a cat scan and ruled out PE, blot clot on my lungs, and prescribed me an inhaler t i use for when if I get the tightening in my chest anymore. But today I'm woke up and my chest hurts about 3x as much as it did yesterday and it seems like whenever I get the pain to subside, it just comes right back. The pain is mostly on the right side of my chest. Also, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm concerned, but I don't want another ER visit.

What scared me most was the pain and tightening I had in my chest. They did an EKG and then the doctor came in and told me that there was a possibility that I had a blood clot on my lungs and that the risk of that was death of me and my baby then she left the room!  Came back 30 min later and told me that they can do a CT scan to see if I had one or not. I got the CT scan and it came back negative for clotting, so that was a relief. But they still don't know what could have caused it. They said it is possible that I have developed asthma and prescribed me an inhaler to use only as needed and only if my OB approved it, which luckily she did. Needless to say, it was an eventful night at the hospital.

Anxiety can do crazy things to your body... One time I had a panic attack and my whole body went numb and I had to pull off the road because I thought I was dying. Lol... But anxiety can cause physical issues and shortness of breathe is extremely common!

Anxiety would Actually make sense. I've never had chest problems before so it really freaked me out when the pain amd shortness of breath started.

Anxiety can also play a roll... So if you realize shortness of breathe and get panicky or nervous about it... It could make the symptoms grow and make them worse.

I got that from like 20+ weeks... It was from my son sitting on my ribcage and just the shift in my internal organs!
