Child proof

Ok ladies. My thinking in child proofing my house is u don't want to do it just because I feel if you watch your child you don't need them. Does anyone else plan on child proofing their house?

I do outlets, cabinets, drawers, and doorknobs to basement and outside. I agree that once baby is mobile they get into everything and you're not going to be able to follow them around.

Unless  you plan to follow your toddler around looking at him or her every single minute, you will at least need the covers for the electric plugs and the closers for the cabinets in the kitchen.

Believe me, you'll want to childproof once baby gets mobile. I'm not entirely childproofed right now because my 3.5 year old knows better, but once my daughter starts crawling, it's getting done. Kids are fast and they are curious. You'll be grabbing a bottle or picking something up off the floor and before you know it, baby will be going for something they shouldn't.
