Choroid Plexus Cysts on 20 Week Scan?

I went today for my 20 week scn and they found 2 choroid plexus cysts on my sons brain. The doctor said he was not worried because my blood test and screen for Down and Trisomy 18 were great. Everything else on the ultrasound was fine. He is checking them again in 8 weeks and expects them to be gone. I am trying not to worry buy of coarse that is easier said than done. Has anyone had experience with this? Thank you :0

I agree, my daughter who is turning 10yrs old this year had a chorid plex cyst, and it went away, she was born fine if all the other test are good dont worry about it, I hear its common

YES, I had the exact thing at my 18 week ultrasound. I was dying of worry, anxiety and stressed over this terribly. I went for the follow up scan and it was gone completly by then. It is so common, and some consider it a part of development. PLEASE do not stress about this...it will do more harm than good.
Thats great that all your other tests looked normal, if there was something wrong with baby besides that,  that had other indicators it would cause reasonings for alarm and your dr would have to tell you. Things are looking good.
I am so glad I was able to share the same thing. I had such unneccessary stress that I would hate anyone else to feel that was. Chin up Girl :)

With my 2nd daughter they found one on the right side at my 20 wk scan...by the repeat scan it was gone.  She is now 7 1/2 yo.  If the other tests were good then you shoulkdn't have anything ti worry about.
