im 39 weeks right now and i have gone through clogged ears to. lol. ya its not fun. my doctor suggested tilting your head to the side and pouring a little bit of peroxide in it. let it fizz for about 4 mins and then let it drain out, he said do not stick anything in your ear though. it worked for me, hopefully it can help you to:)
ther are many things you can try.
1. vinager -natural antibiotic
2. sweet oil in the ear you get at Rite aid or some where-natural antibiotic
3. precious arrows midwifery has natural things you can have for allergies during pregnancy and for children. also for colds etc..!!! great stuff and works great!
4. warm cloth on you ear. will help if it is real bad and might rupture the ear drum to release the fluid, I had to do this as a little girl per otolarongologist (sp? ear specialist) I had bad ears and had to get th efluid out.
using saline drops in the nose to keep mucus from going to the ear helps too
