Clomid for hubby?

After 6 nonths of TTC.I made it a point to have hubby thoroughly checked out and now I know he has a low sperm count. I have heard Clomid being used on men as well as women, What do I do/?/ please help;)

Yes, the version that men take is called Clomid-M  It's a 25mg dose versus the 50-100mg that women take.

Amazing....I found

Just as women need the right balance of hormones to ovulate regularly, men need certain hormones to produce healthy sperm. Surprisingly, the same substances control these reproductive functions in both men and women.
Clomid(taken daily as a pill) prompts the pituitary gland to make luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone, which tell the testicles to produce testosterone and possibly more sperm.
